Sydney Metro – Southwest (Sydenham to Bankstown)

Kevin led the successful delivery of six upgraded stations, new service buildings, and associated rail infrastructure as part of Sydney Metro’s Southwest expansion. Managing over 100 staff and multiple project teams, he oversaw planning, major works execution, stakeholder interfacing, and commercial performance, acting as 2IC to the Project Director.

M8 M73 M74 Motorway Improvements, Scotland

As Utilities Agent on this £500M motorway improvement project, Kevin managed complex utility diversions and network rail interfaces critical to the program. His role demanded precision coordination between design, construction, and stakeholder teams to ensure smooth delivery of key infrastructure assets.

Griffin Wind Farm, Scotland

Kevin oversaw the construction of turbine foundations and on-site facilities as part of a 68-turbine, 156 MW renewable energy development. He was also appointed Design Coordinator for the project, managing integration across engineering disciplines and ensuring technical compliance on all works.

The mid-year shutdown was a standout moment — two weeks of continuous work, an incredible team effort that showcased our capability and commitment to delivery.
