Kevin Watters is a highly experienced construction professional with over 15 years in the civil and infrastructure industry across Australia and the UK. Known for his strong leadership, communication, and delivery skills, Kevin has successfully managed large-scale transport and infrastructure projects, including the $208M Southwest Metro packages 5 and 6 and multiple TfNSW station upgrades.

Kevin leads major project delivery across NSW, overseeing teams of more than 150 staff and annual revenues exceeding $125M. His expertise spans construction management, commercial strategy, stakeholder engagement, and risk and safety leadership.
Master of Engineering
Kevin holds a Master of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from Strathclyde University and a Diploma in Project Management, combining technical knowledge with proven business and operational insight.
